Supporting adults and teens (15+) across Hawai'i seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or sports performance stress. Dr. Wright uses culturally sensitive, evidence‑based approaches to support meaningful progress and empower clients with skills they can use in their everyday lives.

Sessions are available in English, Samoan, and Tagalog to ensure accessibility and culturally grounded care.

Telehealth services are available across Oʻahu, Maui, Hawaiʻi Island, Kauaʻi, Molokaʻi, and Lānaʻi.

Trauma (PTSD & Complex)

I help individuals process and heal from both single‑event and long‑term trauma by using evidence‑based approaches that reduce distress, rebuild safety, and strengthen resilience.

Depression

I support individuals in navigating low mood, loss of motivation, and emotional heaviness by building insight, restoring connection, and creating small, meaningful steps toward relief.

Relationship Challenges

I work with individuals to navigate relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, trust issues, conflict patterns, and feeling stuck in unhealthy dynamics. Together, we explore how past experiences influence current relationships, strengthen emotional awareness, and build skills for clearer communication.

Anxiety

I work with clients to understand the roots of their worry and overwhelm, and develop practical tools to manage anxious thoughts, calm the body, and regain a sense of control.

Life Transitions

I guide clients through major life changes—whether planned or unexpected—by offering support, perspective, and tools to navigate uncertainty and adjust with confidence.

Sport Performance Related Issues

I assist athletes in addressing mental barriers that impact performance, confidence, and consistency. This includes managing performance anxiety, recovering from setbacks or injury, improving focus under pressure, and strengthening mental resilience.
